Por Un Mundo Mejor (P1MM) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving lives and communities around the world. Our mission is to empower individuals and families facing poverty by providing free access to essential resources, including food, clothing, and school supplies through trusted local partners.
Founded in 2025, P1MM was born from a deep commitment to serve and provide hope to those who need it most. We aim to transform the lives of many people and make dreams that are often considered impossible come true.

Founder & CEO
At the young age of 10 Rodiver Murcia experienced firsthand the
challenges of poverty while living in Honduras. After losing his
father, Candido Murcia, the responsibility of caring for his
mother, Concepción Garcia, and his sisters fell on his shoulders.
Despite these hardships, he never allowed adversity to extinguish
his desire for self-improvement. Through determination and
perseverance, he managed to continue his education and
eventually...
enrolled in INFOP with the hope to continue his academic
training. Unfortunately, financial constraints forced him to
abandon his studies. However, this only strengthened his resolve
to create a better future not only for himself but also for his
partner and daughter. In search for a better opportunity, he
immigrated to the United States where he currently resides.
With hard work alongside his long time partner, he built a life
where he raises his greatest pride, his children, Jefferson
Murcia, Justin Murcia, and Hensi Murcia. He makes sure to
instill in them the values of compassion, integrity, hard work,
and commitment. Today, his greatest struggle and motivation is
to work so that other children, young people, and those in need
do not experience the same hardships he faced.
In 2025, driven by his life experiences and a deep desire to
make a positive impact, Rodiver founded Por Un Mundo Mejor
(P1MM). His vision was to establish an organization dedicated to
providing essential resources and support to those in need,
empowering individuals and communities to overcome poverty and
achieve their dreams. His journey of adversity is a testament to
the fact that it is possible to transform pain into service and
build a better world for future generations.
